Sarah is origionally a native of Oklahoma City, OK although she did not stay there long. With her father being a pastor, she has made many moves in her life. Suring her childhood Sarah lived in Springfield, MO, Menphis, TN, Libby, MT, Eagle River, AK, Midwest City, OK, Claremore, OK. Sarah graduated from Claremore Highschool and then made the move to Bethany, OK to attend Southern Nazarene University to study pre-medical with ambitions of becoming an optometrist.
After two years in college Sarah decided that she no longer saw her future as being in optometry and she made the move to nursing school. It did not take long for her to realize nursing is her calling. Sarah graduated from the SNU School of Nursing in May 2007. Sarah was immediately able to find employment at Norman Regional Hospital in Norman, OK.
In October 2008 Sarah made the move from Medical/Surgical nursing to home health nursing when the family moved to Antlers, OK. Sarah has always been accustiom to rural living and feels right at home in Antlers. She frequently comments on how much it reminds her of Libby, MT.
On January 26th, 2010 Sarah fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming a mommy when she gave birth to Mattie May Ward! Currently Sarah is staying busy being a nurse in the day and a mommy at night.
